Small Groups,
Real Reps
Every clinic is structured the same way: focused warm-up, technique block, supervised reps with video, and a wrap with homework to take home.
90 Minutes Built for Real Technique Work
Clinics are capped at 4–8 athletes so every thrower gets reps, eyes on technique, and individual corrections. Athletes leave with the same video feedback and homework as our private sessions.
Small-Group Cap
4–8 athletes per clinic — enough for energy, small enough that everyone gets coached on every throw.
Video & Homework
Same feedback loop as private sessions: throw, watch, correct, take home drills to rep before next time.
Event-Specific Focus
Each clinic focuses on one event so the whole 90 minutes goes deep on the technique you came to fix.
Get on the Clinic List
Dates rotate by season and event. Send us a note with your athlete's age and primary event — we'll let you know when the next clinic fits.
